Re-birth

I am beginning a transformation from old crotchety aching man to virile creative musician, dancer and writer. The advent of an autoharp in my life is making me realise long suppressed dreams to create sound and music, this is leading to a heightened creative flow in my writing, a new play is the muse for this movement and shift in my creative life and now with meditation, healing and back exercises and very real desire to boost my body's performance levels I see dance as a way forward, even my fingers are gliding over the keyboard as I write, I am committed to move determinedly every day is my goal and determination. The use of my muscles is carrying such power in my being.
