......what is it for? I suppose the answers are manifold, and dependent on the imperative of the writer or blogger. For me it varies from making a political point to describing something that touches me like a black and orange-backed insect in a broken glass, full of nature's wine, rainwater, tucked as it is in a large box full of our 'guilty secret' empty wine and beer bottles. We have no children to write about, not even nieces and nephews close-by or indeed in contact, so my blogs remain staunchly adult based and yet with a child's wonderment present when as like today I was walking in the countryside and a brilliant yellow dragonfly flew out of nowhere transfixing me for a moment.
